The Single Report plan is a one-time payment — you pay $9.99 once and unlock one diagnostic report for 30 days. The Annual Membership is a yearly subscription billed at $59.99 per year, which renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel the annual subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Yes. You can cancel your Annual Membership at any time directly from the Stripe customer portal — no emails or support tickets required. After cancelling, you keep full access to all member features until the end of your current billing year. The one-time Single Report purchase does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Absolutely. Your assessment results and diagnosis history are stored locally in your browser using localStorage — they never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to share them. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. You can clear all your health data at any time from your wellness dashboard.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. For the Single Report, refunds are available if you haven't downloaded the PDF report. For the Annual Membership, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided you haven't extensively used the premium tools. Just reach out via our contact page and we'll take care of it.
No. The TCM Home runs entirely in your web browser — there's nothing to download or install. It works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Your single report includes a printable PDF you can save or print, but generating it is optional. If you already have a membership or report, simply visit your Wellness Dashboard to pick up where you left off.
