How to Export from Google Search Console

New to Search Console exports? Follow these five steps to get the CSV file this tool analyzes.

Step-by-Step Export Guide

  1. Go to Google Search Console. Visit search.google.com/search-console and sign in with the Google account that owns your property.
  2. Navigate to Performance > Search Results. Select your property in the top-left selector, then click Performance in the left sidebar — you'll land on the Search results tab by default.
  3. Set the date range (last 3 months). Click the date selector at the top and choose Last 3 months (or a custom range). A longer window gives more reliable query samples.
  4. Click Export → CSV. At the top of the performance chart, click the Export button and choose CSV. The file downloads to your computer immediately.
  5. Upload the file here. Return to this page and drag the CSV into the upload box, or open it in a text editor, copy the contents, and paste into the textarea. Click Analyze Data.
